The terms and conditions contained herein and the Privacy Statement provided in the site form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of the jtsm.shop website by you. Cancellations by the Customer:

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders.

Operations & Contact:

Any email queries will replied in 5 working days or will be sent to concern in-charge in 5 working days.

Invoice will be displayed in respective login in jtsm.shop website, once ordered goods delivered to customer and invoice will be on net amount of the bundle price, which includes product, packing, and forwarding charges.

Cancellation Policy

jtsm.shop has a cancellation and refund policy. However jtsm.shop reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.

jtsm.shop shall not be liable, held responsible nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of jtsm.shop or its affiliates and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, Covid-19, acts of any Government authority, delays in obtaining licenses or rejection of applications under the Statutes, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity.

In case you (“Customer”) wish to cancel the order placed on jtsm.shop, the Order shall be eligible for cancellation if its status is pending, under processing or out for delivery. In case your Order is shipped or delivered, Cancellation and return of the Order shall be possible at the discretion of jtsm.shop for You shall raise a cancellation request at care@jtsm.in.

Once the cancellation request is raised by you, jtsm.shop shall check whether the Order is eligible for cancellation. In case the Order is accepted for cancellation, jtsm.shop shall cancel the Order at its end and refund the amount to you as per the Refund Policy.

jtsm.shop Refund Policy

On the acceptance of cancellation request by jtsm.shop, the refund shall be processed by jtsm.shop after deduction of refund processing charges and administration charges, per order, as mentioned below:

All sales are final. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Defects or Shortfalls

If you receive a defective or incomplete order, please notify us via email at care@jtsm.in within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
